Sean Stitt, MS, BS, CTE, AMFT, MLT, CPT, is Career Technical Education (CTE) Coordinator – Allied Health and Certification Training Instructor at United University of Nursing in Murrieta, California. In addition, Sean is an Associate Marriage, Family and Child Therapist (AMFT), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) and Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) with over 26 years of allied health medical experience and 24 years of teaching and administrative experience in both pre-and-post licensure and certificate allied health programs.
Sean Stitt has worked as a curriculum developer, coordinator and manager of allied health programs for the past 24 years. As a Career Technical Educator (CTE), Sean has worked in various settings (i.e., College, Institutions of Higher Learning, Post-Secondary, ROP and K-12). As an Associate Marriage Family and Child Therapist, Sean has provided in-depth psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Sean has a passion for helping people.
As a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Sean has performed various clinical laboratory test and was a clinical Laboratory manager. As a Certified Phlebotomist (CPT), Sean has performed various basic and advanced blood draw procedures and is a State Approved Phlebotomy Instructor. Sean has taught Phlebotomy and Medical Laboratory Assisting for over 28 years. In addition, Sean is an American Heart Association Instructor (AHA) and teaches Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS). Sean brings his education, experience and expertise to United University of Nursing.
